Modes
Pick a mode. No social. Calls only. Whatever you need. Set how long: two hours, until 10 p.m., the rest of the day. The phone locks itself down and unlocks when the time is up.
Out early
Sometimes you need back in before the timer runs out. Send a friend a link. When they tap it, you’re back. Or wait thirty minutes alone with the urge. Three emergency unlocks a month, because life happens.
Go Elsewhere
Take a picture of a plant and lock your phone until 5 a.m. the next day. No friend can let you back in, no 30 minute wait. Enjoy the outdoors. Go Elsewhere. (Houseplants count, we trust you.)
